I always thought that breathing through the mouth was less effective compared to breathing through the nose, but not to this extent! Thank you for letting the world know what we should really be doing in terms of breathing. Also, breathing through the nose helps with meditation, so it makes sense why it would be more effective in terms of releasing stress and lowering anxiety.
